AR450 Hot-Rolled Wear-Resistant Steel Plate
AR450 is a high-hardness wear-resistant steel plate produced through a hot rolling process. It combines high strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for use in harsh abrasive environments.

Material Properties and Standards
Hardness and Strength: Brinell hardness (HB) up to 450, tensile strength ≥1250 MPa, yield strength ≥1100 MPa

Chemical Composition: Carbon content 0.25%-0.35%, Chromium (Cr) 1.5%-2.5%, Molybdenum (Mo) 0.5%-1.0%, optimized for wear resistance

Implementation Standards: Conforms to ASTM A514, GB/T 24186, and other standards. Suitable for wear-resistant structural parts.

Surface Treatment: Black oxide scale after hot rolling (sandblasting or polishing available upon request)
Thickness Range: 3-80 mm, width up to 2500 mm
