Dx51d Z100 Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Coils

Material Composition

Coating Characteristics
The coating is applied using a hot-dip galvanizing process. The steel sheet is immersed in molten zinc, where a physical and chemical reaction occurs, forming a zinc-iron alloy layer. This structure provides the coating with strong adhesion, corrosion resistance (long service life), and excellent weldability.
Applications
