Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (SGCC) ‌
It is produced by continuous galvanizing process with cold-rolled steel sheet (SPCC) as the substrate. The coating is thicker (usually ≥5μm) and has the best corrosion resistance. It is widely used in construction, automobile manufacturing and other fields. ‌
‌ Electrogalvanized steel sheet ‌
Galvanized by electroplating, the coating is thinner (usually ≤5μm), the corrosion resistance is poor, but the processing performance is good, suitable for scenes requiring surface treatment. ‌
‌ Alloyed galvanized steel sheet ‌
After hot-dip galvanizing, high-temperature treatment is performed to form a zinc-iron alloy layer (about 500℃), which improves the adhesion and weldability of the coating and is often used in complex processing scenes. ‌
‌ Composite galvanized steel sheet ‌
The substrate contains metals such as aluminum and lead, and has better anti-rust performance and paintability, suitable for scenes with high requirements.

Product Details

The annual output of 300,000 tons of galvanized steel production line is the advanced American GBNB and German Siemens electrical control system. It can produce zero spangles, small spangles, ordinary spangles, etc. The thickness is from 0.125mm to 4.5mm, the width is from 500mm to 1250mm, the zinc coating is from 40-275 g/m², the surface is passivated and oil can be coated.

In addition, the company has also introduced a slitting machine, which can meet the different requirements of customers for the width. And two roll forming machines can produce wave roof panels and trapezoidal corrugated panels.
