310S stainless steel wire is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel with excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, widely used in high-temperature industrial environments.
It has a tensile strength of ≥520 MPa, an elongation of 40%, and a hardness of ≤187 HB, making it suitable for cold and hot working and welding.
The production process includes steelmaking, rolling, annealing, and pickling. Annealing improves flexibility, while pickling removes the surface oxide layer.
